协商民主实施对领导干部工作满意度的影响研究——基于12省区市领导干部的问卷调查Research on the Influence of Consultative Democracy Implementation on the Job Satisfaction of Leading Cadres——Based on the Questionnaire Survey of Leading Cadres in 12 Provinces and Municipalities

摘要(Abstract):
协商民主实施过程中领导干部的工作满意度,在一定程度上显示协商民主能否有效促进领导干部工作的开展,也能直接反映中国协商民主实际运行的绩效。基于全国12个省级行政区领导干部的抽样调查数据,通过计量模型的定量分析,发现协商民主实施主体中的年龄、性别、文化程度因素对领导干部工作满意度影响显著;协商民主实施情境方面的职务级别、单位类型和地区差异对领导干部工作满意度影响显著;协商民主的多种实施方式对提高领导干部工作满意度都有积极意义,不过接待群众信访途径实施协商民主对工作满意度的影响为负或者不显著;协商民主实施结果因素对领导干部工作满意度呈现正向影响。领导干部工作满意度变量的引入,可以从行为主义的视角深入分析协商行为的内在动因,弥补功能主义研究的不足。
